Any first-time orders don't need to be returned if the brows really don't work for you, and I'll refund you every cent you paid up to $50 USD!

Above $50 USD, and orders of any monetary amount on order 2+ will need to be returned for a complete refund. Unfortunately, I can't accept any returns beyond 30 days from delivery, so make sure if you need to request a refund to do it ASAP, and I'll help you out.

If you make a return make sure the products are unopened and in unused condition so I can re-stock them on the warehouse shelves and get your money back to you.
If you're a new customer (1st or 2nd order) and not quite convinced with the style/size/color of the brows you chose and want to try something else, we got you! We offer a simple 1-time complimentary exchange program at My Two Brows :)

Simply email hello@mytwobrows.com and ask for an exchange, with the style/size/color combination you'd like to try instead. We will process your exchange and let you keep your original brows anyway, with a limit of up to 2 sheets total! Your exchange sheets (2 max) will be 100% complimentary, and you'll just be charged a one-time exchange processing fee of $6.95 :) Note that for this 1-time complimentary exchange program, there is a limit of 1 time per customer, and only applicable to the first or second order.
If you'd like to exchange more than 2 sheets or have had more than 2 orders at My Two Brows, simply email hello@mytwobrows.com, let us know you'll be making an exchange, and which items you would like to make an exchange for. Send the unused and unopened items to our return address from your package. When we receive your items, we will process your exchange ASAP and get your new order out.
